Question: I am facing an issue while entering my phone number. The error message reads “Your phone number doesn’t appear to be valid. Please double check it, or try again after 5 minutes.”

Potential Cause: There could be several reasons why you are facing this issue. One of the most common reasons is that an incorrect phone number was entered or we do not support numbers of this format.

Possible Resolution: To resolve this issue, make sure that the number is operational and verified by a telecom provider. If you are still facing the issue, try entering the phone number again after 5 minutes. Please note that we do not currently support Interactive Voice Response (IVR) numbers.
