To begin, sign up for a ChatMaxima account and explore the platform with a free subscription. If you're already a user, simply log in using your existing credentials. This step unlocks powerful communication tools at no cost, allowing you to start integrating your email platform seamlessly.

Once logged in, you’ll arrive at the ChatMaxima Dashboard, your central hub for managing chatbots, customer interactions, and integrations.

Steps to Integrate Email with ChatMaxima

Follow these steps to integrate your gmail with ChatMaxima:

1. Navigate to Email Integration in ChatMaxima

From your dashboard, click on Quick Access, then go to Channels and navigate to the Email Integration section.

2. Add Your Email Account

Click on "Add Email" to start the integration process.

You’ll be prompted to enter some basic information:

Email Account Friendly Name: Give your email account an easily recognizable name for internal reference.

Email Address: Enter the email address you wish to integrate with ChatMaxima.

3. Copy the Forwarding Email

After entering your email details, ChatMaxima will generate a unique forwarding email address for you. Copy this forwarding address for use in the next step.

4. Submit and Complete Integration

Click Submit to send a verification email to your Gmail address.

Verify your email for ChatMaxima integration by clicking the link in the email.

Once verified, you'll be taken to the Pending Email Integration section. Locate your created email integration and click Verify Status.

After clicking, a confirmation message will appear with a link. Click the link to proceed to the Gmail forwarding setup.

Configuring Gmail for Forwarding to ChatMaxima

To fully set up email forwarding from Gmail to ChatMaxima, follow these steps:

5. Log in to Your Gmail Account

Open your preferred web browser and go to Gmail.

Sign in using your Gmail credentials.

6. Access Gmail Settings

Once logged in, click on the gear icon in the top right corner of your Gmail interface.

From the dropdown, select "See all settings" to access the full settings menu.

7. Navigate to the 'Forwarding and POP/IMAP' Tab

In the settings menu, click on the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab to access forwarding options.

8. Add a Forwarding Address

In the Forwarding section, click "Add a forwarding address".

Paste the forwarding email address provided by ChatMaxima (example@mailservice.chatmaxima.com).

Click "Next," then "Proceed" in the confirmation window to save the forwarding address.

9. Verify the Forwarding Email Address

Gmail will send a verification email to the forwarding address. Once ChatMaxima receives this verification, it will automatically handle the email, and you can proceed.

10. Confirm the Forwarding Address

After verifying, return to the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab in Gmail settings.

Select the option to "Forward a copy of incoming mail to hariyatsolution@gmail.com".

11. Save Changes

Once the integration is complete, your Gmail account will be fully connected to ChatMaxima, enabling you to manage all email communications more efficiently from within the ChatMaxima dashboard. This integration allows you to send and receive Gmail messages directly through ChatMaxima, centralizing your email interactions in one place.
