In ChatMaxima, a workspace is an independent environment where you can manage a separate set of agents, channels, conversations, automation, and configurations. This is perfect for businesses supporting multiple brands, departments, or client accounts.

🧾 Default Workspace Limits by Plan

Starter Plan

  • ✅ Comes with 1 Workspace

  • Each workspace supports up to 8 accounts (one per platform: Web, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)

Agency Plan

  • ✅ Comes with 3 Workspaces

  • Each workspace supports 8 default accounts

  • Total of 24 default accounts (3 workspaces × 8 platforms)

➕ Need More Workspaces?

If your operations require more isolated environments (e.g., for different teams, clients, or business units), you can expand by adding additional workspaces.

  • 💲 $20/month or $150/year per additional workspace

  • 🚀 Each new workspace comes with support for 8 default channels/accounts

  • 🔓 No upper limit on the number of workspaces you can add

  • Starter Plan:
    Running two brands? Add 1 extra workspace → $20/month or $150/year

  • Agency Plan:
    Supporting 5 clients? Add 2 workspaces beyond the default 3 → $40/month or $300/year

🛠️ How to Add a New Workspace

  1. Navigate to your Dashboard → Workspaces

  2. Click “Add New Workspace”

  3. Select the desired billing option (monthly or yearly)

  4. Complete the setup and start managing your new workspace

Manage all workspace subscriptions easily in the Billing section:

  • View and manage current workspaces

  • Purchase additional ones

  • Switch between monthly and yearly billing
