Adding Additional Accounts or Channels to Your ChatMaxima Workspace

ChatMaxima connects your conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Email, Telegram, Web Chat, SMS and more. How many accounts you can connect depends on your plan.

Accounts included in each plan

• Starter: 1 account per channel in your workspace
• Pro: 1 account per channel in each of your 5 workspaces
• Max and Ultra: unlimited accounts across all channels, so no add-on is needed

Adding more accounts

On Starter and Pro, you can connect more accounts, such as a second WhatsApp number or another Instagram page, with the account add-on:

• $6/month or $50/year per additional account
• No upper limit on how many you add

Examples

• Starter: you want a second WhatsApp number. Buy 1 account add-on for $6/month.
• Pro: one of your workspaces needs 3 WhatsApp numbers. Buy 2 account add-ons for $12/month.

How to add an account

1. Go to Channels and open the channel you want, for example WhatsApp.
2. Add the new account and complete the setup.
3. If you have reached your plan's limit, buy an account add-on first in Settings, then Usage Summary.
