Step 1: Sign Up for a ChatMaxima Account or Log In with Existing Credentials

To get started, Sign up for a ChatMaxima account and explore the platform with our free subscription. If you're already a user, Log in using your existing credentials. This step unlocks the potential for seamless communication and engagement at no cost with our complimentary subscription.


Step 2: Access the ChatMaxima Dashboard

Upon logging in, you'll be directed to the ChatMaxima Dashboard, serving as the central hub for all your activities. Here, you'll find essential tools and features to streamline your communication efforts.

Broadcast details:

- Status: Indicates the current status of your broadcast, such as "Sent," "Delivered," or "Pending," providing insight into the progress of your message distribution.

- Delivered On: Specifies the date and time when the broadcast was successfully delivered to recipients, allowing you to track timing and responsiveness.

- Platform: Identifies the messaging platform utilized for the broadcast, such as WhatsApp, Messenger, or SMS.

- Channel: Specifies the specific channel or account used within the messaging platform, providing clarity on the origin of the broadcast.

- Campaign Targets: Specifies the target audience or recipient list for the broadcast, offering insight into the intended audience for the message distribution.


a) Total: This field displays the total number of messages sent as part of the broadcast.

b) Read: This field indicates the number of messages that have been read or viewed by the recipients.

c) Delivered: Specifies the number of messages successfully delivered to the recipients' devices.

d) Sent: Indicates the total number of messages sent out as part of the broadcast.

e) Error: Specifies any errors encountered during the delivery process, if applicable.


Campaign Targets Summary:

- All Targets: Here, you'll find a comprehensive summary of all the targets or recipients included in the broadcast. Each target is listed with the following details:

1. Name: The name of the recipient.

2. Mobile No.: The mobile number of the recipient.

3. Delivered on: Specifies the date when the message was successfully delivered to the recipient.

4. Delivery Status: Indicates the delivery status of the message for each recipient.

You have the option to view all the details listed for each target and can also download the entire dataset for further analysis or record-keeping purposes. This step provides valuable insights into the reach and engagement of your broadcast message, allowing you to evaluate its effectiveness and make informed decisions for future communication strategies.
