ChatMaxima simplifies your communication strategy. With features like signup/login, easy broadcast creation, targeted recipient management, and scheduling, you can streamline your messaging efforts.


Step 1: Signup for a ChatMaxima Account / Login with your Existing Credentials

To get started, Sign up for a ChatMaxima account and explore the platform with our free subscription. If you're already a user, Log in using your existing credentials. This step unlocks the potential for seamless communication and engagement at no cost with our complimentary subscription.


Step 2: Accessing ChatMaxima Dashboard

After login, the ChatMaxima Dashboard opens, providing a central hub for your activities.


Step 3: Open ChatMaxima Campaigns

Navigate to the Campaigns section within ChatMaxima to explore powerful communication features.



Step 4: Broadcast Creation

- Broadcast Name: Begin by choosing a descriptive name for your broadcast. This name helps you identify the purpose of the broadcast.

- Target Channel: Select the specific channel to which you want to send the broadcast. This could be a group, a list of contacts, or a predefined segment.

- Broadcast Type: Opt for the "Send message" option from the dropdown. This ensures that your broadcast will deliver a message to the selected recipients.

- Broadcast Message: Craft the message content you intend to share with users in Chatmaxima. Keep it concise, engaging, and relevant.

Target by

- Segment Type:

- Choose between "Contacts" and "Lists":

- Contacts: If you want to send the broadcast to specific individuals, select this option.

- Lists: If you've previously created lists (e.g., based on interests, demographics, or behavior), choose this option.

- Select Targets:

- Add the desired recipients:

- For Contacts, manually select individual phone numbers or import them from your address book.

- For Lists, choose from your predefined segments.

- Schedule:

- Decide whether to send the broadcast immediately ("Send Now") or schedule it for a specific time.



Managing Broadcasts:

- After creating a broadcast, you can edit, pause, or delete it as needed.



Scheduled Broadcasts:

- If you've chosen to schedule the broadcast, it will appear here.
