Zapier is an automation platform that connects different apps and services, making it easy to pass data and trigger actions across them. With ChatMaxima’s Zapier Integration, you can automatically send data collected during chatbot conversations to apps like Google Sheets, Slack, HubSpot, and more.

1. Enable Zapier Integration
Log in to your Zapier account and click on “Create New Zap.”
After clicking "New Zap," select “Create” to initiate the creation of a new Zap.
2. Configure the Trigger
In the new window, click on “Trigger” and select the desired app. For this integration, choose “Webhook.”
Click on “Webhook by Zapier” and choose the trigger event "Catch Hook."
Click the “Continue” button.
Copy the provided Webhook URL. You’ll see a message confirming the URL has been copied to your clipboard.
3. Set Up ChatMaxima Integration
Log in to your ChatMaxima account.
In the dashboard, navigate to “Quick Access” and select “Add Integration.”
Enter a name for the integration and choose “Zapier” as the platform.
Paste the copied Webhook URL from Zapier into the provided field.
4. Create and Customize Your Chatbot
In the dashboard, click “Quick Access” and select “Create Chatbot.”
Select “Design Custom Chatbots in Minutes” and then click the “Create Box” button to open the chatbot builder.
In the chatbot builder, drag and drop the Zapier block into the desired position to send data to your Zap.
Map the necessary variables to Zapier.
5. Test the Integration
Run a test in ”Chatmaxima Live Chat Widget” to verify that data is flowing correctly to the target app.
You will see the data received in Zapier as shown below.
Make any adjustments to the Zap or chatbot workflow as needed.
6. Deploy Your Chatbot
