To enhance organizational efficiency, you can use the "Assigned Department" feature. This allows for the assignment of particular departments to “specific agents” . While this feature primarily serves organizational purposes, it's important to note that users may not be aware of the specific agent handling their inquiries. Kindly follow the below steps to “Manage Department”.
1. Log in to your ChatMaxima account and navigate to the "Settings" tab.
2. Click on "Departments." Subsequently, select "Manage Departments."
3. A corresponding window will open. There you can deactivate or activate the “Departments”.
4. You can also edit “Department Name” and “Department Description” here.
