How to Manage category in ChatMaxima?

In this section, you will find a comprehensive list of categories, accompanied by their "Created Date," "Status," and available "Actions." Under the "Action" column, you have the option to seamlessly edit or deactivate categories, with the added convenience of restoring them when needed. Follow the steps below for efficient category management.

  1. Log in to ChatMaxima and navigate to the “Knowledgebase” section.

  2. Click on the “Manage Category” button.

  3. A corresponding window will open. Within this window, you can easily render a category 'inactive' by clicking the "Delete" icon. It's important to note that while you can restore an inactive category if needed, the "Default Category" cannot be deleted.

Category management in our platform not only ensures a user-friendly experience but also offers the flexibility to edit, deactivate, and restore categories effortlessly.
