How to Cancel Your Subscription?

In case you still want to cancel your subscription kindly follow the steps.

1. Log in to your “ChatMaxima” account and go to the “Manage Account” tab.

2. Then click on the “Billing” button.

3. You can cancel your subscription by click on the “Cancel Subcription” button.

4. When initiating the cancellation process, a “Subscription Cancellation” window will open. Kindly provide your reason for canceling and then click the “Submit” button.

Your subscription will be promptly canceled, and rest assured, you can continue enjoying the product until the end of your current subscription period. No charges will apply from the next subscription month onwards. We appreciate your support and look forward to serving you again in the future.
