How to Add More Team Members to ChatMaxima?

To invite additional team members to the ChatMaxima Platform, you can follow these steps:
Log in to your ChatMaxima account and navigate to the “Settings “tab.
Select "Agents" and then click on the "Invite Agents" button.
Enter the names and email addresses of the team members you wish to invite.
If you want to add more team members, click "Add" and enter their names and email addresses.
To remove a record, click "Remove."
After completing the above steps, click on the "Submit" button to send the invites and wait for your team members to accept the invitations
In the email, team members will receive a 'username' and ‘password’. Please use this information to securely log in to the ChatMaxima platform.
