How To Add Label in ChatMaxima ?

A label is a tag or a hint for the entire conversation is about. To enhance organization and categorization of conversations by creating custom labels through the "Labels" feature. This feature allows for a more structured and organized approach to managing and classifying responses in ChatMaxima inbox. Follow the below steps to add label.

1. Log in to your ChatMaxima account and go to the "Settings" tab.

2. Click on "Labels."

3. Next, select "Add Labels," and the corresponding window will appear.

4. Provide the necessary information, including the "Label Name" and "Label Description." Additionally, choose a color for the label.

5. Click the "Submit" button to save your new label

After successfully adding a label, navigate to ChatMaxima's inbox. Within the inbox, you have the flexibility to assign labels to chats according to your specific requirements.

With just a few clicks, this feature empowers you to enhance organization and categorization, fostering a more organized and efficient communication platform.
