While this feature primarily serves organizational purposes, it's important to note that users may not be aware of the specific agent handling their inquiries. Nevertheless, the implementation of this feature significantly improves the overall organization of communication channels.
Log in to your ChatMaxima account and navigate to the "Settings" tab.
Click on "Departments." Subsequently, select "Add Departments."
A corresponding window will open. Fill in the "Department Name" and "Department Description."
Click the "Submit" button to finalize the process. Elevate your organizational structure effortlessly within ChatMaxima.
Afterward, proceed to the inbox. Within the chat message interface, you have the option to choose a specific "Department" from the "Assigned Department" box.
