Canned responses are pre-written replies to frequently asked questions. They provide quick, standardized, and predetermined solutions to routine questions. In ChatMaxima, this feature automatically expands ‘short codes’ to full content. To incorporate a canned response, follow these steps:
Log in to your ChatMaxima account and navigate to the 'Settings' tab.
Select 'Canned Response' and choose the 'Add Canned Response' option.
The 'Add Canned Response' window will open.
Complete the 'Short Code' and 'Content' fields.
Click the 'Submit' button.
When typing a chat message, use the Short Code. It automatically expands to the full content. Accessible in the ‘inbox,’ simply start typing with a ‘/’ followed by your short code in a ‘reply’ to see it in its abbreviated form. This feature reduces agent typing effort in ChatMaxima.
