ChatMaxima allows you to manage customer conversations across multiple platforms like Web, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Email, SMS, Telegram, and GoHighLevel. Depending on your plan, the number of workspaces and default accounts varies.

Starter Plan

  • โœ… 1 Workspace included

  • โœ… Supports 1 account per platform (total 8 accounts: Web, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Email, SMS, Telegram, GoHighLevel)

Agency Plan

  • โœ… 3 Workspaces included

  • โœ… Each workspace supports 1 account per platform

  • โž• Total of 24 default accounts (3 workspaces × 8 platforms)

โž• Need More Than the Default?

If your business requires additional accounts (e.g., multiple WhatsApp numbers or Instagram pages), you can expand anytime using our flexible Add-ons.

  • ๐Ÿ’ฒ $6/month or $60/year per additional account

  • ๐Ÿ”„ Add as many accounts as needed—no upper limit

Note: Add-on pricing is the same for both Starter and Agency plans.

  • Starter Plan:
    You want to add a second WhatsApp number โž Purchase 1 add-on ($6/month)

  • Agency Plan:
    You already use 3 WhatsApp numbers (one per workspace) but want to add 3 more โž Purchase 3 add-ons ($18/month)

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ How to Add Additional Accounts

  1. Go to Settings → Channels in your ChatMaxima dashboard

  2. Click "Add New Account"

  3. Select the platform and complete the setup

  4. If your default limit is reached, you'll be prompted to purchase an add-on

๐Ÿ’ณ Manage Add-ons Easily

Head to the Billing section under your profile to:

  • View active add-ons

  • Purchase new ones

  • Cancel or modify as needed
