ChatMaxima allows you to manage customer conversations across multiple platforms like Web, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, Email, SMS, Telegram, and GoHighLevel. Depending on your plan, the number of workspaces and default accounts varies.

If your business requires additional accounts (e.g., multiple WhatsApp numbers or Instagram pages), you can expand anytime using our flexible Add-ons.

Note: Add-on pricing is the same for both Starter and Agency plans.
Starter Plan:
You want to add a second WhatsApp number โ Purchase 1 add-on ($6/month)
Agency Plan:
You already use 3 WhatsApp numbers (one per workspace) but want to add 3 more โ Purchase 3 add-ons ($18/month)
Go to Settings → Channels in your ChatMaxima dashboard
Click "Add New Account"
Select the platform and complete the setup
If your default limit is reached, you'll be prompted to purchase an add-on
Head to the Billing section under your profile to:
View active add-ons
Purchase new ones
Cancel or modify as needed
